1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VividFade's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

VividFade provides IT consulting services including but not limited to web development, mobile development, AI solutions, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation consulting.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables. VividFade retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

VividFade's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination date remain payable.
